Construction:

The outer chamber with double wall is constructed from mild-grade S.S. Sheets, is galvanized with powder paint. The inner chamber is constituted by higher temperature in order to resist Zirconia Board followed by Ceramic fiber blankets on all sides. The door with double wall is placed on the heavy-duty hinges at the front and is outfitted with high-efficiency locking arrangements. Heating elements are made out of silicon Carbide Rods. Further the door is equipped with Limit- Switch for cutting off the powder supply when the door is opened and restarted when the door is closed. Temperature is controlled and checked with the help of Digital PID Temperature controller with Thyristor Control Device functioning in agreement with Cr/A1 Thermocouple. It is further provided with a Control Panel.
