Construction:

The inner chamber with double wall is composed of finely Polished S.S.. The outer Chamber is fabricated from Mild-level Steel Sheets, is galvanized with powder coating. The gap between walls is steel. The Outer Chamber is also fabricated from Mild-grade Steel Sheet, insulated with powder coating. The gap between walls is bridged with top-grade glass wool for effective insulation in order to avert heat losses. The water bath is equipped with a drain plug for improving the cleaning and emptying process of the inner chamber when is necessary. Pyramidal-type Cover and perforated detachable diffuser are standard accessories.

Heating Elements: Immersion heating elements are constructed from premium-grade materials which are fixed at the bottom with varying rating for different sizes.

Temperature Control: Temperature is primarily regulated by Capillary thermostat ranging from 5 deg. C above ambiance to 90 deg. C +/- 1 deg. C.

Control Panel: The system is outfitted with a Panel containing a thermostat. On & Off switch, two Pilot Lamps, provided with cord and plug.

Power : Compatible at operating on 220 V, Single phase, 50 Hz. AC supply.
